Default Hydrocare works for me

I bought two units, one for my home and one for my pool. I saw results with my pool first. I have rocks around our hot tub with a waterfall. The daily running water built up scale on the rocks. After 3 months after installing the unit the scale started to disappear and the rocks became the correct color. The unit in our home has helped my showers and dishwasher. It takes time but I have seen the results.

Cool Hell of a post!

I'm looking for a water softner/ anti-hardness device. After reading this post, why don't the interested parties just post a link to the report(s)? A review of a report is just fine, if I want your opinion, but I'd rather see it for myself. That way, I can determine if the testers were a bunch of chuckleheads. Not seeing the test is a hinderence. There are a ton of questions to be answered.
Having non-identical test rigs is a definite no-no. Based on the back and forth on this discussion, I won't be risking my money on this product, unless there is some data presented that proves this device will work. Remember, it isn't up to the nay sayers to prove that it doesn't work. It is the resposibility of the proponents the show everyone that it does work as advertised.

The rules of this forum will not let me post the link to the Hydroflow Canada website that has the complete report posted. If you will send me an email I will gladly send back a copy of the Onspex testing study paid for independently by RS Jackson Resources.

Mr Jackson explained very well in this forum the reasons for separate testing of the 2 tankless water heaters at different times. The 2 water heaters were identical and the feed water used in both was also identical and under the same conditions so the separation of time is of no consequence.

If your concern is that you may be wasting your money. Hydrocare has a 100% satisfaction guarantee with no questions asked to refund you 100% of the cost of the unit after one year of use if it did not do what has been advertised. This is a no risk guarantee that could not be made if Hydrocare did not work. I have had one in my home for 6 weeks and I am 100% satisfied.
