Default Please help with my pellet stove

I am looking for >>Enviro Pellet Stove WH-19132 Instruction Empress FS Domestic Owners Manual<<The auger on my pellet stove keeps jamming and once we get it unjammed you can move it up and down.It even jams when there is no pellets in it.
Would love any help you can give me.
