Please help me get heat!!!!

I have a Lennox ac/heating unit. When i turn the thermastat to on nothing happens. It was working fine two days ago. We have turned of the power to it and turned it back on after 5 mins but still nothing happens. the fan doesnt kick on or anything. any advice u have would be great. im a single mom with two kids and if i can fix it myself it would help out a lot. thanks tiffany

Please be sure to read Furnace Repairs: No Heat. The problem could be any of many things, but you need to narrow down the symtoms further. For what it's worth, the thermostat is often the problem.
