Default i have painted my downstairs loo walls f...

i have painted my downstairs loo walls four times and the paint is not covering. the base was a blue vinyl silk and i am putting on a cream vinyl silk. i have used roller,brush,roller and brush,but its still not covering

I would try a stain-blocking primer like Kilz before more cream - it should have been the first coat. My experience is painting over red, a hard color to cover.

Boy is that true.......Two things are big indicators of 'coverage' problems(both as a cover, or, to be covered)...'Clear Base'...."# of pigments added".....I HATE burgandy. I swear I heard it laughing at the Bulls-eye....Actually, I wasn't using 'odorless', so I could have been delusional.
