Default I would like to know how to wire a split kitchen plug.

I would like to know how to wire a split kitchen plug. I think there are two seperate outlets. Coming in to the first I have 3 black, 3 white and 2 red wires and want to know how to wire this

NEC code 210.8 requires kitchens to have GFCI receptacles. The wires that you have there, are they three sets of wires? One set with a black a red and a white? The second with a black, red, and white? And the third with a black, and white?
