I`m in a condo (3rd floor) that has a concrete floor. How do you lay wood flooring over the concrete?

Default wood over concrete

You have two options. Purchasing a "floating hardwood floor" which will lock together over an underlayment pad or you can purchase an "engineered hardwood floor" and glue the material to the concrete. The floating floor is different than a laminate floor, however, it is installed the same way. You will find the engineered floor to be a more stable floor than even a solid hardwood floor. good luck with your project.
