Default If I have a sub-panel which is carrying 3-20 amps double pol...

If I have a sub-panel which is carrying 3-20 amps double pole breakers,3-15 amps single pole breakers and 5- 20 amps single pole breakers. What size breaker should I used for this sub-panel main breaker.

Is there a breaker at the main planel that will feed the sub?

yes, there is a breaker in the main panel that will feed the sub panel.

Every panel is rated for a certain amperage. The amperage rating of the panel determines the number and amperage of the circuit breakers.
