Default How to Install Track Lighting

i'm trying to install track lighting where there is no existing fixture i ran wires to box in ceiling white to white black to black ground to screw on box does not work whats wrong there are 3 blacks connected 3 white connected and a orange and blue connected in the box what do i connect to if i'm wrong fixture connections are black to black white to white green to bare ground is there something i'm missing could this be a bad light or what please help thanks

Your black wires are the "Hot" wires, and the white are the "neutral" wires. The orange and blue wires, what are they connected to? Does either wire go to a switch? Give as much detail as possible.
