For each leg 1-#400 MCM THWN copper or 2-#2/0 THWN copper or 1-#600 XHHW aluminum, or 2-#4/0 XHHW Al,

Please be careful, dalton, you are entering a complex territory, in which very careful attention should be paid to many NEC codes and regulations. In particular, NEC Articles, 200,210,215,220,225,230,240,250,300,310.
