Default no water, but stills makes ice.

no water, but stills makes ice? Tired water vavle, motherboard, and switch and solenoid at the dispenser. What gives, I even flushed the line to the filter? I have a GE gss25jfpdcc.

Default froze

G.E. has had some problems with the water freezing in the door. They were giving doors away for a while but now they have a kit (GE DISPENSER WATER TUBE, part number: WR49X10173).Call or write to complain to GE Consumer Affairs. There maybe a diffrent part # for your fridge.

Default found problem

After all the parts I ordered and returned(thx GE Parts), and have gotten credit for, I no, my wife found the real problem? A galcier in the back of our freezer, right behind the storage bin??? I looked this machine over, I never thought to pull out that drawer? on the back wall there is a drain that you put baking soda and water down yearly. Well we had some on and off power outages, And I guess that some of the ice cubes melted, and some that fell down there had also melted, so when the freezer turned back on of coarse all that water and ice formed a huge cold spot so the was not able to travel passed this cold spot???? Ice maker never stopped making ice, but the water never would come out! So when I was at work one evening (about a week before christmas)My lovly wife says to me"Hey When you get home, Would you to try a refresing glass of water from our refridgerator" I said WHAT! Do you it's fixed!!! She said yes! Iwas shocked and said sure I'll have a glass!
Thanks to n_flames for his help to us back on track(me)
