Default Gutter Downspout Is Broken or Loose

I have a stucco house and one of the downspout straps is no longer attached to the house. What do you sugest I do?

Maybe the screw holding the strap in place came out, put in a longer screw or move the strap up or down and fasten it in there. I think there are special screws made to go in stuccoed walls.
