Default frozen roof air conditioner

I have ice all over my roof air conditioner. We had snow two days ago. My other roof unit did not ice up. How can I get this unit to thaw?
Thanks!

Have you turned on the auxillary heat on the thermostat? I'd start there. Dont forget to turn it off Auxillary after it thaws.
