Why does light on end of AC Circuit dim when the first light is bright?
This circuit has a 60 Watt Fluorescent light for the first light. Why would this small amps cause other light at end to dim. Do I need to correct something in this wiring setup? Last edited by DonLaakso; 01-03-2009 at 10:48 AM. Reason: My message not clear |

The wires on the circuit might be over loaded, depending on the number of lights on that circuit. The first light on the circuit would receive the full 110 volts, and last light on the circuit might only be receiving 103 volts, making the last light dimmer than the first one.

How do I correct this problem? Since my first light is a 60 Watts Fluorescent light pulling very little amps. Do I need to correct my wiring in this setup? |

What is the total wattage (and how many) for all the lights on the circuit? And, what size wire (AWG) is connecting all the light together?
