I live in Biloxi,MS and have a flat roofing problem, After Katrina devastated my whole roof I had a new 50 yr Elk installed and also a rubber roof for my flat connected sun room. Unfortunately I just discovered that the contractor didn`t put down a rubber roof, but simply cheap rolled asphalt paper. I just had my drywall ceiling completed in Sept and now it is ruined where my 16/22 flat roof is. Not sure what way to go to after the roof gets stripped. Rubber glue on, 90 Lb Rubber torch down; or a costly built up roof. The roof is 3.5 to 4 sqare. Three contractors have advised three different remedies. Help ! Thanks, Mikki

Well Mikki you need to contact a local contractor. He can give you a better idea. If your roof is start leaking then i have on product in my mind which can help you in repairing your roof. There are many products in the market but i find liquid roof is the best. The true Liquid EPDM rubber available in the market is Liquid Roof. The advantages that this liquid roof coating offers are countless. It is waterproof, has high compatibility with almost all types of surfaces, very flexible and elastic and can withstand a large temperature range from -62 degrees F to 300 degrees F without cracking.
