Default The thermostat used to respond to a temp change of 1 to 2 deg...

The thermostat used to respond to a temp change of 1 to 2 degrees, but it now allows the temp to drop 4 or 5 degrees before it comes back on. What causes this to happen?

Default Thermostat Allows Wide Temperature Swings

Sounds like a problem with the heat anticipator. Please see How to Adjust a Heat Anticipator.
