Is this a new furnace?

possible issues:

1. Incorrect sizing of the furnace by installation company

2. bad location of the thermostat

3. may need to increase the differintial on the thermostat.
-see the instruction manual for details. If you loacte it try setting it to 2 degrees

goood luck
