Default my sliding door frame got loose, and i dont know how to fix ...

my sliding door frame got loose, and i dont know how to fix it?

take the trim off from around the outside[as in exterior of house]there should be a flange thatgoes around it just like most windows ,this is usualy nailed but can be screwed also.If it has no flange you can screw it threw the frame into the studs but should be done on the inside of the house
