if your jamb has a weather strip remove and replace it,if there is no weather strip get one at a hardware store or building supply ,close door and then mount it to the jamb for a tight seal against the door

There are a number of ways you can eliminate your problem. If there is nothing sealing your door when it is closed, one of the easiest is a rubber foam weatherseal. These come in different thicknesses, lengths and widths. It comes in rolls and has a self sticking tape.If you do use this buy enough to go all around the top, bottom and jamb of the frame.
You could also use a rubber seal that you can nail in the same fashion.I would recommend the first if you are not a hadyman. It is easier and less work.A store clerk could help you if you tell them what you are doing.I suggest Home Dep.Hope this helps.
