Default unsquare walls

Since this is in the Cabinets and Countertops section, I'm guessing you're looking into a new kitchen or bath remodel. First off, Don't Fret! Any good cabinet installer has dealt with walls that are not even close to square, this is even common in new construction homes. The installers will be able to shim and level your new cabinets against even the most crooked walls, this is what they are paid to do. Also, a competent trim carpenter can help you to make your project look great if you are dealing with walls that are not straight and flat.
