Default I want to install track lighting in my kitchen.

I want to install track lighting in my kitchen. It is a big space. I will need a light every 5 feet around an island. I am planning for 6 lights. 4 lights make a 5 foot square with two lights making a triangle at opposite ends of the square. Do you know if I can connect a total of 5 tracks together in that configeration and have 6 lights on the same switch?

Thanks, Clayton

I have track lighting, hate it and the lights come on super slow. It may save energy but surely doesn't bring the bright lights that I love. I'm searching for other alternatives to living in darkness all day in this nice house.

Best to you as I can't help but offer my experience of a few years living this way.
