Red face how do I fix a Kitchen sink sprayer leak

how do I fix a Kitchen sink sprayer leak. The sink is less than 3 yrs installed new. the water comes out from where the hose and the sprayer connect. I have removed the top portion of the sprayer and the washer looks OK but how do I know?

Sounds like the seal between the hose and the head may have ruptured...

does that model use an O-ring to seal between the two? You might want to pull out the manual (ugh) and check out the inner-workings a bit.
