We are getting water from the pump all the way to the water heater. We are not getting any water to the inside faucets. How do we fix this and what is the problem?

this is my problem. The kithen sink will not drain (it drains very very slowly) the dish washer will not work, the clothes washer wont work, both bath tubs will not drain just like the kitchen sinks wont. Plumbers have tried useing the snake method and when nothing happens, they say they will be back but never come back. can someone please help me with this. ty.
