I need ergonomic and standard dimentions for kitchen cabinets

try Ikea's website. they will let you download a program to layout a room. they give standard dimensions for different types of cabinets, appliances tables and other things. They also have highly rated (consumer's reports) cabinetry that is easy to install yourself for reasonable prices. Honestly. I don't work there!
