I have a Velux skylight mounted on a sloped roof that is trickle leaking into the room below. A roofing expert has checked the flashing and finds it in tact; we suspect the seal of the lens of the skylight is leaking. Is there a sealant/caulking product that will seal the glass to the metal edging that forms the frame of the lens?

Hi,
It will be hit and miss if it works. Finding something to stick to glass laying flat is the first thing. Cleaning the glass is the next. It takes a nack. You can get a new gasket from velux. Skylight Blog |
